Roxy AI Privacy Policy
Roxy AI is a private AI assistant available at roxyai.fun. It can help with general questions, studying, coding, writing, translation, screenshots and supportive conversations. This page explains what information Roxy uses, why it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information used for sign-in
Roxy uses Google sign-in through Supabase Authentication. When you sign in with Google, Roxy receives the basic account information needed to identify your account, such as your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture. Roxy does not receive your Google password.
Account and access information
Supabase stores the account records Roxy needs to operate the service. This can include your account identifier, access status, daily message allowance, feature permissions, permission expiry information and saved Roxy Luxury preferences. These records are used to control access to the private service and to enforce account-specific limits.
Conversations, writing requests and screenshots
When you send a message, writing request, translation, PDF question or screenshot for analysis, the information needed to answer the request is sent through Roxy's Cloudflare Worker to Cloudflare Workers AI. This processing is required to generate the requested AI response.
If you enable Web context for a screenshot, Roxy may use Cloudflare Browser Run to load public web search results related to the request. This optional lookup is not used for image-based identity searches, and results may be incomplete or inaccurate.
PDF tools read uploaded PDFs in your browser and keep them only in the current tab. Questions and summaries send extracted page text through Roxy to Cloudflare Workers AI; reading scanned pages sends rendered page images. Long summaries process all sections and may use several requests from your normal allowance. Text and picture conversion generate downloadable PDFs locally. Pictures chosen for conversion are not uploaded or sent to AI. Closing the tab or signing out clears the PDF workspace.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private account credentials or other information you do not want processed by the AI service. When uploading screenshots, users should crop or remove unnecessary private information first.
Voice input
When you press the microphone, your browser asks for microphone access and records up to 30 seconds. The recording is sent through Roxy to Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription, using the same free daily allowance. Roxy does not save the recording. The resulting text appears in your draft for review before you send it.
Data saved in your browser
Roxy stores several optional features locally in the browser on the device where they are created. Depending on the features you use, this can include conversation history, saved replies or favourites, pinned conversations, People Cards, Private Journal entries, Tone Fingerprints, Context Capsules, Memory Control Center information and other interface preferences.
Local browser data is not automatically available on another device. Clearing browser storage can remove this locally saved information.
Optional remembered context
If you enable a saved person, Context Capsule, Tone Fingerprint or core memory, Roxy may include the relevant approved context with a request so the AI can answer more usefully. You can disable or clear these optional context features from Roxy's controls.
Private Journal
Private Journal entries are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to the AI simply because they are saved. An entry is sent only when you intentionally choose to bring it into a Roxy conversation or otherwise submit its text.
Service providers
Roxy currently relies on Cloudflare to host and run the website and AI request layer, Cloudflare Workers AI to generate AI responses, Supabase for authentication and account/access data, and Google for Google sign-in. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services and are governed by their own privacy practices.

How information is used
Information is used only for purposes connected to operating Roxy AI, including authenticating users, checking whether an account has access, enforcing message limits, providing enabled features, generating requested AI responses, maintaining user-selected preferences and protecting the service from misuse.
Sharing and selling data
Roxy does not sell user conversations or account information to advertisers. Information is shared with the service providers described above only as needed to operate authentication, hosting, access control and AI response generation.
Your choices and controls
You can delete local conversations, remove saved replies, clear remembered context, delete Private Journal entries and disable optional context features from inside Roxy. You can also sign out of your account. Clearing your browser's site data will remove information that Roxy stores only in that browser.
Security and limits
Roxy uses HTTPS and account-based access controls, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. AI responses can also be inaccurate. Roxy is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or emergency services.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated when Roxy's features or service providers change. The latest version will remain available at https://roxyai.fun/privacy.html.
